Lync Jobseeker Registration Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Lync Jobseeker platform.  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jobseeker registration service provided by Lync Dental (www.lyncdental.com.au).  By registering as a jobseeker, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1.  Registration and Account:


Your registration as a jobseeker is free of charge.  Upon successful registration, you will be able to:


  • Create and manage a detailed professional profile.
  • Access and update your personal dashboard.
  • Share your resume with potential employers.
  • Search, save, and apply for job vacancies.
  • Access various resources and articles.

2.  User Responsibilities


As a registered jobseeker, you agree to:


  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of your profile.
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only and not engage in any activity that could harm Lync or other users.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and login details and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Not upload any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights.

3.  Privacy and Data


 Lync will use the information you provide to:


  • Create your jobseeker profile.
  • Match you with relevant job opportunities based on your role and location criteria.
  • Contact you regarding suitable jobs.
  • No personal identifiers will be published publicly on the platform without your consent.  Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

4.  Intellectual Property


You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload, including your resume and profile information.  By using the service, you grant Lync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the sole purpose of operating and promoting the jobseeker platform and matching you with job opportunities.


5.  Communication and Notifications


We may contact you regarding relevant job opportunities based on your profile.  Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be notified to you by email.  You can manage your communication preferences or unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time.


6.  Unsubscribing and Termination


  • Unsubscribing: You may unsubscribe from the jobseeker service at any time by contacting us at the email address provided below.
  • Termination by Lync: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

7.  Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability


The Lync Jobseeker platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.  Lync does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lync, its affiliates, and its employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.


8.  Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.  You and Lync Dental agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
