The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is ready to step into a senior role supporting the clinical team and helping coordinate the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, staying organised, and helping a clinic run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Get to Do
Assist in a wide range of dental procedures including CEREC, implants, restorative dentistry, and endodontics.
Help manage the clinical area, ensuring surgeries are stocked, organised, and running efficiently.
Assist with ordering clinical supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Coordinate sterilisation processes and equipment maintenance schedules.
Support the team by helping ensure smooth surgery changeovers and efficient workflows.
Work alongside a supportive team in a modern, well-equipped dental clinic.
Your Role
As our Senior Dental Assistant, you’ll:
Work chairside with our dentists during a variety of procedures.
Help oversee the day-to-day organisation of the clinical area.
Ensure surgeries are prepared, stocked, and running efficiently.
Assist with ordering and monitoring clinical supplies.
Support sterilisation protocols and maintain high infection control standards.
Help guide and support other team members when needed to keep the clinic running smoothly.
