A Role Where You’ll Make a Real Difference
This isn’t just about answering phones or booking appointments. It’s about being the person who sets the tone for every patient’s visit. The receptionist is the first smile, the calm voice, and the steady presence that keeps the day running smoothly.
Joining this team means stepping into a practice that values people first—patients and staff alike. You’ll be supported, respected, and encouraged to grow. Courses relevant to your role are provided, and you’ll be part of a workplace where ideas are welcomed and teamwork is genuine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease
- Managing the appointment book so the day flows without stress
- Handling payments and health fund claims with accuracy
- Supporting patients with rebooking, recalls, and treatment information
- Communicating clearly with clinicians and patients alike
- Dental experience (essential)
- Warm, people-focused manner with strong communication skills
- Organised, detail-driven, and solution-focused mindset
- Adaptable, tech-confident, and team-oriented
- Willingness to relieve chairside (preferred but not essential)
You’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares—about the work, the patients, and each other. The environment is upbeat and respectful, with a focus on kindness and accountability. You won’t just follow a script; you’ll help shape the patient experience and the way the practice runs.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be the steady anchor that makes a practice feel welcoming, this role is for you.
