For the right candidates, we have roles available as Receptionist, Dental Assistant or a role that combines both. We are seeking applicants who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated and self-driven. Experience is not necessary; we are willing to train if you are willing to learn! Our opportunities are available across our Elizabeth and Myrtle Bank rooms, or across Myrtle Bank and Murray Bridge rooms. There is also the opportunity for occasional work at our country locations (Barossa and Clare). The practices are open Monday-Friday, so you have weekends off!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen calls and emails
- Efficient and organised in arranging patient appointments and lab bookings
- Process payments, including assisting with health fund claims
- Administrative tasks
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Orthodontists and dental providers
- Provide excellent patient care
- Provide instrument sterilisation
- Prepare patients and rooms for treatment
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
