The Role
The practice understands that top talent needs flexibility. While it is ideally looking for an OHT to cover a FT 4-day work week (with no weekend work), the specific structure and days are negotiable for the right candidate who fits the culture and shares the practice's vision.The scope of work is comprehensive, focusing primarily on hygiene and preventive care with capacity for adult restorative scope therapy appointments. The practice is looking for an OHT with some experience, though would also be open to mentoring a passionate new graduate if the cultural fit is right.
The OHT's Contribution Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality hygiene and therapy services in line with the practice's Holistic / Preventive focus.
- Utilising advanced equipment to provide preventative and restorative care.
- Performing routine procedures such as taking radiographs (OPG, BWS) and regular thorough periodontal assessments.
- Supporting dentists by performing advanced procedures like scanning and some orthodontic work.
