About the Role
As the lead receptionist, you will play a central role in the smooth daily operation of a busy preventive dental practice. Your work will directly support both patients and clinicians, ensuring the front office runs with confidence, consistency, and genuine warmth.
Your Key Contributions
- Leading the front office team with a calm, organised, and welcoming approach
- Managing the appointment book with precision, including payments, cancellations, and emergencies
- Overseeing essential administrative tasks such as monthly reporting, correspondence, and supply management
- Ensuring accuracy in treatment plans, bookings, and financial processes
- Daily use and oversight of EXACT practice management software
