As the Lead Front Office Co-ordinator, you will be crucial to the smooth daily operation of this busy preventive dental practice. Your time will be spent coordinating a full and fulfilling practice schedule and enriching the lives of both patients and colleagues. Your main tasks will include:
- Leading the front office team with a steady, confident, and welcoming approach.
- Managing the appointment book expertly, processing payments, and following established systems for cancellations, inquiries, and emergencies.
- Handling essential administrative duties like producing monthly reports, managing supplies, and general correspondence.
- Ensuring accuracy in managing patient treatment plans, bookings, and financial processes.
- Daily use and management of EXACT software is a key part of this role.
