Role Overview
This lead role offers clinical autonomy, steady patient flow, and the opportunity to contribute to the clinical direction of the practice. It suits a dentist who enjoys leading by example, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a high ‑ performing, people ‑ focused environment.
Position : Lead Dentist
Engagement : Contractor (ABN required)
Days : Monday to Thursday + every second Friday
Hours: Patient bookings between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
Start Date : Early January 2026
Team Rhythm: Morning huddles to align, plan, and support each other
With clear clinical expectations and strong team support, you’ll have every opportunity to build a healthy patient base, assisted by the on-site laboratory.
