This is an opportunity for an experienced and passionate General Dentist to join a professional, supportive, and values-driven private practice in the CBD. The role is suitable for a clinician with a minimum of two years of Australian clinical experience who is seeking a role with a strong focus on professional growth and a cohesive team environment. Led by a principal dentist with over 25 years of experience, including a strong background in rural practice, the practice is deeply committed to delivering honest, ethical, and personalised care to every patient.
The Opportunity
The successful clinician will be joining a practice with a well-established patient base, including city workers, students, and rural patients. The clinic has a consistent backlog of work and a continually expanding client base. The scope of work includes general restorative, endodontics, simple extractions, and crown and bridge procedures.
- Mentorship & Growth: The clinician will receive hands-on mentorship from a highly experienced principal, including exposure to advanced procedures such as implants and cosmetic dentistry. Although the position is initially part-time, there is plenty of scope for full-time for the right candidate.
- Autonomy: The position provides clinical autonomy with a focus on ethical, patient-centred care.
- Compensation: Remuneration is offered as a competitive commission
- Work Structure: The position is part-time, requiring three days per week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Patient hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Daily morning huddles are an essential part of the team dynamic.
