Patient Growth & Conversion Specialist to join our team.
This is not a traditional reception role.
This is a performance-focused position designed to increase productivity through trust-based communication and structured follow-up.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Converting high-value enquiries into booked consultations
- Building rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
- Increasing show-up rates and case acceptance
- Managing and nurturing the patient pipeline
- Reactivation of existing patients
- Supporting measurable monthly production growth
- Providing clear KPI reporting and accountability
This role directly impacts the growth and success of the practice.
