What's In It for You?  Balanced Work Week— Enjoy a consistent schedule working Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Uniform Allowance— Maintain a polished and professional image with a provided uniform allowance.

A Day in Your New Role

✔️Provide comprehensive hygiene care tailored to various patient needs, from new patient assessments and reactivations to ongoing maintenance.

✔️Tailor appointment intervals to individual patient needs (3 or 6 months).

✔️Conduct thorough hygiene examinations, including charting and detailed notes.   Appointment times are flexible, based on clinician needs and the services provided.

✔️Collaborate with senior clinicians on complex cases and engage in discussion.

✔️Assist senior clinicians with scans, pre-op/post-op photographs, and preparation for emergency patients as needed.

✔️Take new patient histories and complete charting.

✔️Deliver specialised care, including periodontal care, implant maintenance, and orthodontic hygiene.

✔️Perform additional procedures such as silver fluoride application, impressions, scanning, and fissure seals.

✔️Assist with administrative tasks as needed during any downtime.

 

Who This Team Are Searching For… The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in Orthodontics and Paediatrics, which will be highly regarded.
  • A genuine passion for patient care with a proactive and patient-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to integrate seamlessly into a team that values quality care and professional growth.
  • Confidence in contributing to the development of this new department, supporting both the team and patients in embracing the skills and expertise they bring.  This includes educating and guiding colleagues and patients on the benefits of preventative care and effective hygiene practices.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to expand the scope of hygiene services within the practice.
  • A willingness to share their knowledge and collaborate on developing protocols and best practices to establish the department as an essential part of patient care.
